PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Montrose Terrace project was a student accommodation project situated in Edinburgh city centre. The building has a main roof and a terrace area one level below the main roof. The client required the roof to be guaranteed for 20 years in order to meet funder requirements and also required permanent means of access to the roof in order to maintain the roof coverings and the plant situated at roof level.
